customers' ability to achieve and maintain independence.

should be the first resource for emotional and financial support of
their children and other family members.

should be provided to people who are physically, emotionally, and/or
mentally challenged or are temporarily unable to achieve
independence and safety; services should be extended to those who
are victims of or vulnerable to, abuse, neglect, or exploitations.
- Employees
must be involved in maintaining a work environment that encourages
customer service, high quality delivery of services, respect of
ourselves and our customers, and continuous learning.
